1. Enrollment Terms
By enrolling at EduPlus Academy, students agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the respective boards (NIOS) or Universities. Admission is confirmed only after the verification of documents and successful payment of registration fees.
2. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be made through authorized channels. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Registration and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Examination fees are collected on behalf of the board and are subject to their specific refund rules.
- In case of admission rejection by the board due to invalid documents, the academy holds no liability for fee refunds.
3. Academic Responsibility
EduPlus Academy acts as a facilitator for distance education. While we provide training and study materials, the final examinations and result declarations are the sole responsibility of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or the concerned University.
4. Conduct and Ethics
Students are expected to maintain academic integrity. Any form of malpractice during internal assessments or training sessions will result in immediate termination of support services without notice.
